1. the item has separate audio cable (20CM), so the camera may not work with those computers, the usb slots are on the one side and the audio slot on the other side. The audio can not reach the audio slot

1. Please test your sound card function by using a different microphone(working one), if the same problem occurs please check the sound card.

2. To improve the microphone performance, please adjust the "Microphone Boost" in the "Control Panel", Audio Manager
