Synopsis
The Yoga Mad full yoga block is used for cushioning within inversions. The block ensures extra stability and support during Yoga or Pilates exercises. It can be placed under your hands, feet or the spine to ensure correct alignment. It is manufactured from non-toxic, stretch-resistant first grade EVA foam and has 3mm chamfered edges.
