I wasn't expecting much more than a standard sturdy watch I could take traveling on a gap year, and I wasn't far off. The watch has worked perfectly for the past few months, albeit the front plastic has now got a fair few scratches on it -- but nothing that is too noticeable. It's worked absolutely fine in both the sea and swimming pools, and the strap seems very durable. One other thing I should mention is that it is entirely made of plastic, which I have to admit was unexpected, but actually makes it very light and thus comfortable to wear.
The watch also keeps excellent time, it was still in almost perfect time with the clock at St. Pancreas after a month traveling and changing time-zones, which I found pretty remarkable.

If you're after a simple, no frills watch that looks good and will last forever then look no further. It looks smart enough to wear to work and its so light i barely know i've got it on. Great brand, awesome price

Looking for a simple, inexpensive, lightweight watch to wear to work or outdoors? A watch that you don't mind it getting dirty or scratched? This one was my choice - time, date, night light, a non-reflecting resin case and fabric strap - no frills.

I bought myself one of these a few weeks ago, and have been very pleased with it. It tells the time, is light, and the strap is comfortable. Push the winder knob and a light comes on behind the dial, useful in the dark.

I don't normally write reviews but thought i would on this occasion. This little watch is perfect for the job i need it for. It's light so you don't even know you're wearing it and the backlight feature comes in very handy. Fair enough the 'tick' is audible but not so much that you really notice it all the time. I changed the strap for a military G10 one as the one supplied was a bit scratchy but thats just a minor point - my intention was always going to be a strap change anyway. Overall i'm very happy with it so i recommend this to anyone looking for a basic quality watch!
