Ordered the watch with free super saver delivery and it came the next day. Unfortunately the wrong watch came! Went through the returns and exchange process the same day and the replacement came the following morning with no extra charge for next day delivery.
Watch is really nice (more of a dress watch than everyday use). Wife loved it and the price was excellent. Overall, excellent customer service and great product and price.
